Flat River Indivisible along with many others are horrified by
the brutal death of Renee Nichole Good in Minnesota yesterday, Jan. 07,
2026. Renee, a young mother, caring neighbor and citizen was shot by an ICE agent - seemingly for choosing to drive away from masked
'ICE' men trying to forcibly gain access to her vehicle while their weapons were drawn and they were shouting obscenities.
This is a Pop-Up protest/rally event. Bring your signs and
let's show our solidarity and commitment reflecting that We The People are
DONE with the lawlessness from this Trump Administration along with their corrupt
enablers and their ICE 'gestapo'.
What an absolutely fabulous turnout we had at our very first event - It far exceeded our expectations! We had a little over two dozen participants show up to help us bring awareness regarding the possible Medicaid and Medicare cuts that would affect our local rural hospital, University of Michigan Health-Sparrow in Carson City, Michigan this past Friday, June 20th. We partnered with Saugatuck Douglas Area Indivisible group to organize this event.
The lady pictured above in the golf cart is local resident Agnes McKenna who turned 100 years old this last March. She stayed for almost the entire 2 hours of the Rally!
